RESERVATIONS

40% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking by credit card. The rest of the amount should be paid on arrival at the campsite or by the Express Check-In.

To speed up the registration process at the time of your arrival at the campsite, we offer you the option of express check-in online, which consists of providing us with the personal details of the reservation holder and accompanying persons and paying for your stay in advance. When you arrive at the campsite you will only have to identify yourself at the reception to pick up the key of the bungalow or to inform you about the plot where you have to stay. Express Check-in is only available for customers who have booked directly with the campsite.

You can indicate in the booking commentary that you are going with another family, giving us your surname or booking number. Availability permitting, we will try to make it possible for you to be together.

We do not reserve plots or specific accommodation. At the time of booking, you can indicate your preference of area, plot or bungalow. Although we will try to comply with your requests, we cannot guarantee the specific space or accommodation you will have.

The request for a cancellation must be made by email. Depending on the date of cancellation, the appropriate refund conditions will apply in accordance with our cancellation policy.

– If the booking is cancelled within 15 days of the start date of the stay, the deposit will be refunded minus the return costs.

– If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

– From the seventh day prior to the arrival date, no amount will be refunded.

For any changes, the request must be made by email. Changes of dates and/or persons may change the price of the booking and are subject to availability.

For any arrivals outside reception opening hours, please let us know by phone or email in advance and we will give you check-in instructions. During the following morning you will need to check-in at the reception.

BUNGALOWS

Yes, the bungalows include sheets and towels and a change of linen every 7 nights.

The Shelter-Bungalows for 8 people do not include it but you have the option of renting it in advance upon arrival.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking. It has a fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. A cleaning kit is provided, including a cleaning cloth, scouring pad and dishwasher detergent.

The wooden bungalows have ecological biomass heating (pellet stove). They do not have air conditioning.

The bungalow must be vacated by 11.00h at the latest.

For late check-out, you can ask at reception about the possibility of late check-out until 16.00h (subject to availability).

For earlier check-in, you can ask at reception about the possibility of early check-in from 12.00h (subject to availability).

Pets are only allowed in the „Dog Friendly“ bungalows. Maximum 2 pets per accommodation. Supplement of 10€ per night per pet.

A deposit is required to ensure that no damage is caused to the accommodation and that the bungalow is left in a clean and tidy condition on departure. At the end of the stay, if everything is in good condition, we return the 50€ deposit. The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.

Yes, we rent baby cots and high chairs. Bookings must be made by email and are subject to availability.

PLOTS

The pitch includes: a tent and a car; or a car and a caravan; or a van; or a motorhome. Other items can be added to the plot for an extra charge.

The plots have a 6 amp electricity connection. These are standard two-pin plugs.

It is necessary to bring an extension cord.

Yes, we offer fridge rental. The fixed refrigerator modules are located at two points on the campsite. We recommend that you make your reservation in advance of your arrival.

The plot must be vacated by 12.00h at the latest.

Early check-in or late check-out can be requested. The reception may authorise this depending on availability.

In high season, for late check-out, you can consult the possibility of hiring a late check-out until 16.00h (subject to availability).

Yes, you can come with your pet.

The dog must have the corresponding insurance and health card and cannot move around the campsite alone, it must always be leashed and accompanied. Pets are not allowed in the bungalows that are not „Dog Friendly“, nor in the swimming pool area, toilets and other communal services. In the case of dogs of potentially dangerous breeds, the owner, who must have a special licence to keep them, undertakes to ensure that the dog always wears a muzzle and uses a non-extensible lead of less than two metres throughout the campsite.

SERVICES

Ground fires and barbecues are not allowed on the plots, except for electric or gas barbecues. The campsite has a communal barbecue area with firewood at your disposal.

There is a free Wi-Fi zone in the terrace area of the campsite (it is necessary to request the code at reception). In the rest of the campsite the Wi-Fi service must be paid

Yes, the campsite has a self-service washing machine and dryer which operate with coins that you can buy at the reception.

Each bungalow has a parking space next to the accommodation. In the case of plots, the car must be in the same plot.

Each person who enters the campsite must go through the reception, register and pay the corresponding price for the visit. Visitors are not allowed to use the pool. If the visitors stay to sleep, the maximum permitted occupancy of the accommodation or plot must be respected and the corresponding price per person and vehicle must be paid.

In low season, the bar, barbecue, football pitch, children’s playground and games room are open and accessible. The restaurant is only open during the summer and the mini club is open in July and August.

The mini club is designed for children from 4 to 12 years old, but all children are welcome.

Guided excursions are for the whole family and children must be accompanied.

Yes, at reception you can book activities on the river (rafting, hydrospeed), on the lake (canoeing, kayaking) and other activities such as horse riding, adventure park, mountain biking. In winter we can also arrange snowshoeing excursions.

In high season we have bread and croissants every day and in low season we also offer but on request. The bread sales point is in the campsite bar.

In the reception there is a small supermarket where you can find some hygiene and food products. We do not have refrigerated products or fruit and vegetables.

Yes. We prioritize the rest of our clients as much as possible and the quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

In high summer season, the campsite barrier is closed from 23:30h 07:00h. During these hours silence must be respected. If you arrive later than 23:30h you will not be able to enter by car but you can park your car at the entrance of the campsite and walk in.

We are about 15 minutes walk from the village of Esteri d’Àneu. You can get there by walking along the path that passes next to the campsite.

You have to report it at reception and we will inform the rest of the team. If we find what you have lost when you are no longer at the campsite, you can contact a carrier to pick it up.

The restaurant is only open in summer. We have a menu based on tapas, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, pasta and some mixed dishes. All the menu can be ordered to take away.
